Red, Yellow, Green and Orange Peppers
Salt and Pepper to taste/ optional
Sauté peppers, onion, garlic in a large pot. When done set it aside.
In the same lager pot add the veggie broth and collard greens.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook Collard Greens until tender
Drain all liquid from the greens and add them back into the pot.
Add Sautéed peppers.
Mix greens and peppers together.
Cook on medium flame for additional 5 minutes.
